Refunds

Every Ever Quilt set comes with a 30-night trial.

Our 30-Night Trial

Live with the set for 30 nights. Wash it, sleep on it, look at it. Decide if your room feels different. If it doesn't, return it — free, used or not.

We mean this. Open the packaging fully. Use the set as you would any bedding. Wash it according to the care instructions included with your order. If after 30 nights it isn't right for your room, we'll take it back.

Starting a Return

To start a return within your 30-night window, visit our Return Portal at account.everquilt.com and enter your order information. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a free return shipping label along with packing instructions. Items sent back without going through the portal first cannot be processed.

What Happens to Returned Sets

We'll ask whether the set was used or unopened. Used and washed returns are not restocked as new — they're sold separately as Trial-Return inventory or donated. Unopened, unused returns may be restocked. Either way, your refund is processed within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Info@everquilt.com so we can make it right.

What We Can't Accept

The 30-night trial covers normal use. We cannot accept returns on items that have been subjected to pet damage, smoke damage, intentional damage, or stains and damage beyond what would result from ordinary bedding use. Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in addition to our 30-night trial.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
